Yes and yes. To add a spouse's name:
The best way to do this is to log into the system and go to My Profile. About 1/2 way down the screen is a section called Other Information, and there you will see a field called "Residents". You can use that field to enter some or all names for the people residing in your household. For other names that are lot owners, simply use the First Name field of your Profile to enter more than one first name (for example, Dick and Jane).
Adding extra email addresses:
There is a "Notes" field for your Profile. You can enter additional email addresses there. However, only the email address entered in the section called "Primary Address" of your Profile will receive emails from the homeowners association.
Who can see what:
All the names you enter in the "Residents" section and all the email addresses you enter into the "Notes" field will be viewable by other Teakwood Plantation lot owners when they are logged into the site and click your Name or UserID in the Member List. Alternate way to handle additional email addresses:
Another way to handle an extra email address is to create an additional website login for you (one for you, and one for your spouse). For example, we can create a separate login like Lastname25-A where the A indicates an alternate listing for the same lot. This would allow both the email address associated with the primary and alternate listing to receive email from the Board. Contact webmaster@teakwoodplantation.org if this is of interest to you.
